Working in partnership with Learning Links we have a range of apprenticeships available for young people.
By enrolling on one of our apprenticeship courses the young person can then qualify for what equates to free training in the form of driving lessons to enable them to pass their driving test.
Also the job that each particular young person is employed to do within your company does not neccessarily need to involve driving.
For example we can offer apprenticeships in warehousing, customer services etc among many others.more

IMPORTANT!
The one bugbear we have found in the feedback from companies is the downtime involved in taking a young person off their job to do the training. Please note we are fully aware of this potential pitfall and such tailor the whole training around the young NOT being took off their job and we aim to minimise downtime. We incorporate training by videoing the candidate whilst we ask the questions which are referenced to the relevant standards for that particular accreditation. We will soon be posting a video of a Driving Course (Pre-Shift Checks) to show how this acheived.
